Series Part 1/4: If you’ve had your labs done and Series Part 1/4: If you’ve had your labs done and were told everything looks “normal,” but you still feel like something’s off... this one’s for you.

I hear this from clients constantly: normal lab work, zero real answers, and no idea why they still feel so far from themselves.

Give yourself a point for each one that hits:
😩 Exhausted no matter how much you sleep
💇‍♀️ Hair thinning or falling out
🔥 Skin flares or joint pain that comes and goes
🤰 Bloated, or reacting to foods that used to be totally fine
🌫️ Brain fog so bad you can’t get through the day

How many points did you rack up?

Here’s what I want you to hear: you are not making this up. “Normal” labs aren’t the finish line, they’re often just the starting point for asking better questions.

This is part 1 of my new 4-part series, How to get unstuck when your lab work seems “normal”, where we’re getting into autoimmune health, the gut-immune connection, and what your labs might actually be missing.

If any of this felt like it was describing you, comment “ME” below. You don’t need to explain, it just helps you know you’re not the only one feeling this way, and it helps someone else feel less alone too.

This one’s personal. For years I heard “everything This one’s personal. For years I heard “everything looks normal” while feeling like I was falling apart: exhaustion, hormonal imbalance, infertility, you name it. Even with a nursing background, I couldn’t get real answers.

That experience is exactly why I do what I do now, and it’s exactly what I see in almost every client who walks through my door.

This month I’m doing a full series on autoimmune health, gut health, and what your labs might be missing. If any of this sounds like you comment TAG so I can notify you when the series goes live!
I prepped a batch of @purity_coffee Cold Brew Roas I prepped a batch of @purity_coffee Cold Brew Roast before we left and it was genuinely the best thing in the cooler. Steep it overnight before your trip, pour it over ice in the morning, and you have cold brew at camp before you’ve even started the fire. No camp stove, no coffee shop, no sad instant packets.

This roast is specifically crafted for cold brewing, which is why it comes out smooth and balanced instead of bitter. I mean does it get any better than a yummy iced coffee outside? It’s also third-party tested for mold, mycotoxins, and pesticides, so you know exactly what’s in your cup even when everything else about the trip is unplanned.

All you need is coarsely ground coffee, cold water, and a mason jar. Set it up the night before you leave. Done.

“Normal” and “healthy” aren’t always the same thin “Normal” and “healthy” aren’t always the same thing.

If your doctor’s told you everything looks fine but you still feel exhausted, bloated, foggy, or just off, I want you to hear this: you’re not making it up.

Standard lab ranges are built to catch disease once it’s already there, not to catch what’s quietly shifting before it gets that far. That’s the gap so many women fall into.

I’m spending this August breaking this down piece by piece: autoimmune health, gut health, and what your labs might actually be missing. Follow along so you catch it.
Been heads down this summer working on something I Been heads down this summer working on something I’m really excited to share. If you’ve ever sat across from a doctor, heard “everything looks normal,” and still felt like something was off, this one’s for you. More coming in August. 👀
